Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bravestep’s website and product at bravestep.ai (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Bravestep is a go-to-market tool that helps founders generate playbooks and insights from their inputs and community data. The Service is provided on an evolving basis and is currently offered as a limited early-access (alpha) product.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Authentication is handled by our provider, Supabase Auth.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Resell or misrepresent the Service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the legality of the content you connect or upload.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Bravestep and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (such as Supabase, Google, Resend, and LLM providers). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Outputs are generated with the help of automated models and may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. As an alpha product, features may change or be discontinued.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bravestep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
